NOTD: Havana in Plaid

Hey Ladies!

I have been drooling over this color for the longest time... Sephora by OPI's Havana Dreams is a sheer pale sky blue. It seriously is sheer! I believe I used 3 coats below. I usually don't have a problem with 3-coaters if its a color I absolutely love (like OPI's Merry Midnight or My Private Jet). But I was a little disappointed with it. Don't get me wrong though... I still love the color! I just think I probably own a similar color that will give me less of a hassle. Mari posted about it back in May (here). She literally took it from me the moment I got it! *evil stare* But its ok because I've done the same to her plenty of times.

I then stamps the plaid pattern using Konad's stamping plate m60 and using Konad's Special Polish in Blue.

Black Plaid

This is quick and dirty. I was running out of the house but I couldn't technically run out with the way my nails looked so I did this in a rush (you can tell). I do however want to use this stamp again using another color combination (thinkin' Burberry), and soon. I love plaid. All types. So pretty. Makes me miss a pleated plaid skirt I had back as a teenager. *love*

Anyway, you're here for the polish. This is Misa's Dying Love with the plaid image from Konad plate M60 using China Glaze OMG. Dying Love is black with dark gray shimmer. Very subtle, but it's certainly there.

Happy Polishing!

Orange Marmalade & M60

Hello again!

So this is a look I did about 2 weeks ago. Please forgive me for the horrible cleanup job and picture. This was taken before blogging ever crossed our minds. Also... No, I don't have a hand with 7 fingers! This picture was taken while my hands were crossed over each other.

China Glaze - Orange Marmalade
Stamp Color - Konad Polish (Yellow)
Stamp - Konad M60
